Shipping policy
Order Processing
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, DPD, and USPS, depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at aethrixofficial1@gmail.com and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
